Nicki Hallé - Partner, Talent Management and Executive Search

Nicki Hallé is the Head of Talent Management and Global Executive Search at Trinyd Consulting, where she leads senior leadership advisory and executive search mandates across Africa and international markets.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in executive search, specialising in connecting organisations with high-impact leaders who drive growth, transformation and long-term resilience. Her work spans board-level appointments, senior executive hires, and critical leadership placements across multiple African countries and cross-border mandates.

Nicki is widely recognised as a trusted name in African talent advisory. She is known for her consistency, discretion, and ability to build long-term, relationship-led partnerships with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams. Rather than operating as a transactional recruiter, she functions as a strategic partner to organisations navigating complex leadership decisions and periods of change.

She is also the founder of Hallé Search, a specialist executive search firm focused on Africa, where she built a reputation for combining rigorous search methodology with deep human and contextual insight.

Her approach blends structured executive search processes with AI-augmented research and strong human judgment, ensuring both precision and cultural alignment in leadership placement. She places strong emphasis on understanding organisational context, leadership fit, and long-term impact rather than short-term hiring outcomes.

Nicki’s professional philosophy is grounded in the belief that leadership is a decisive force in shaping organisations and, by extension, communities. This belief informs her commitment to thoughtful, high-integrity search processes that prioritise lasting outcomes over speed alone—while still delivering critical hires within compressed timelines when required, including rapid executive placements in high-stakes environments.

Across her career, she has become a go-to advisor for organisations seeking not just talent, but leadership clarity at pivotal moments of growth and transformation.
